Your First Assignment
Go ahead and get a journal that you’ll keep in a private, secure place. Go over the top with a Moleskine, or a simple spiral notebook or a composition book will do just fine. As long as it’s not complicated, that’s what really matters.
Make notes in your journal as you progress through the program. I’ll ask you to brainstorm and reflect on yourself and your relationships. Feel free to put any and all thoughts into your journal.
NOTE: I talk about the benefits of journaling inside the program, but here’s one huge benefit. You’re more likely to complete the program and have success with the program if you keep a journal as you go along. So run (don’t walk!) to the store right now and get a journal.
